Policy's, and disclaimer:  we do our best to find all electrical problems when troubleshooting.  If the problem cannot be found in a reasonable amount of time.  we will lower the estimate for troubleshooting.  we will consult with you on what we recommend.   we do not warranty the protection of surge protectors.  If you have a warranty issue from a service we have provided.  we will try to resolve the problem on the phone.  If we need to come out, we will not charge a fee if the problem is relating to a service we provided.  If the problem turns out to be something that is new, or not related to work we have done, or caused by us, we will need to charge regular fees for coming out, or if we repair the new problem.  we are not responsible for wires that may come loose, or stop working due to loose, or improper installation that may come loose form working on them, or in areas where we need to work.  we do our best to repair them if we see them while doing our repair, or  service.
